At Montour Falls Tea Company, every order is crafted with care, blended by hand, and packaged with love right here in the Finger Lakes. We want your teas and wellness favorites to arrive quickly, beautifully, and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders are hand-blended and packed fresh.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons (holidays, special launches, large events), processing may extend to 3–5 business days due to order volume.
    Wholesale orders may require additional blending time; we will contact you if any delay is expected.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple, customer-friendly shipping options:

Retail Orders

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale partners enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only).
Orders under that amount ship at standard carrier rates.


Shipping Carriers

We ship through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • Occasionally FedEx for large wholesale or bulk shipments

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and chosen carrier:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Wholesale Cases & Bulk: 7–10 business days

Once a package leaves our facility, transit delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, though we’re always here to help.


Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Available upon request for customers in the Montour Falls / Watkins Glen / Schuyler County region.
You will receive an email with pickup instructions or delivery scheduling.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the address

  3. Contact the carrier directly
    If the package is still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as needed—your happiness matters to us.


International Shipping

International shipping is available on select items. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
